DeliTag adds more flavor to your Delicious bookmarks. How? With spices, of course!

- A simple way to specify the context of a bookmark.
- For situations when the tag doesn't really describe the bookmarked site, but rather some side information about the product or reason for bookmarking.
- Create/modify your tags to use a ":" like this:
todo:read on:iPhone for:delitag idea:design inspiration:graphic<design
category►… or …◄category
- A powerful categorization and classification scheme.
- For use when the tag name is really a compound statement that can be broken up; or when it isn't specific enough or isn't normally used by itself.
- Create/modify your tags to use a ">" or "<" like this:

Find a juicy compound-worded tag in DeliTag (like socialmediabookmarking) and click on it to jump to Delicious, where you can use their handy Rename Tags and Bulk Edit tools to sprinkle in some of the above spices.
- Alternatively, just start using the spices for any new bookmarks.

Rinse, repeat, and soon enough you'll see your bookmark tags visible as tag bubbles like this:
